Australian Mainland Shipping

We offer reliable shipping to all mainland Australian addresses via Australia Post.

Standard delivery timeframe: 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your new Reef Rags towel! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

How to Return

Contact us at info@reefrags.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.
Securely package your item(s) and send them back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed your return.
